How To Customize Cake Pucks with Edible Designs the EASY Way!
September 23, 2026
It's so easy to create custom cake pucks with our Miracle Transfer Sheets, you might think there's a catch...but there really is none!
As Denise (@denises_delights_) will demonstrate in this little tutorial here, with a mirrored edible design, a little white chocolate, and a few simple steps, you can turn your treats into something that looks seriously luxe.
Whatever colorful custom design or elegant pattern you've got, the possibilities are practically endless. Here’s how she did it!
Start by creating the design you want to transfer onto your cake pucks. You can customize your design with colors, patterns, logos, text, or just about anything else you can dream up.
We cannot talk about Canva enough! You can literally just head there, open a new design file, and start dragging and dropping whatever comes to mind to fill up the page.
Before printing, make sure to flip or mirror your design so it will appear correctly once transferred.
Step 2: Print Your Design
Load your paper2eat Miracle Transfer Sheet into your edible ink printer with the shiny side facing down and the textured side facing up. Then print your mirrored design onto the sheet using edible ink.
Step 3: Dip Your Treats
Next, melt some white chocolate (using any generic white chocolate, candy melts, or white chocolate wafers) and dip your cake pucks into the melted white chocolate.
Make sure the treat is coated, then gently tap off any excess chocolate so you have an even layer.
Step 4: Apply the Transfer
Place the chocolate-coated treat gently onto the printed side of the Miracle Transfer Sheet.
Give it a gentle push to help the chocolate make full contact with the printed design. This also helps pop any air bubbles that may be trapped underneath.
Step 5: Pull Away the Transfer Sheet
Carefully lift your cake puck away from the transfer sheet. The custom design will be left behind on the white chocolate, creating a smooth, detailed finish!
