Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day. In most cases, the shipping service selected at checkout does not affect how quickly an order is processed. We generally process all orders in the order they are received, including orders that qualify for free ground shipping.
Please note that same-day shipping is not guaranteed. During peak periods or unusually high order volume, we may prioritize orders with paid expedited shipping services in order to meet delivery commitments. In such cases, orders with free ground shipping may be processed and shipped later.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to prioritize certain orders over others regardless of the order in which they were placed.
If you do not need your order urgently, there is usually no need to select and pay for expedited shipping, as we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders that qualify for free ground shipping are shipped using the carrier and service we determine to be the most appropriate based on package dimensions, weight, and destination. We currently use UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and USPS Ground Advantage for free ground shipping orders.
The carrier and shipping service used for free ground shipping are selected solely at our discretion and are not guaranteed. If you prefer a specific carrier or shipping service, you must select and pay for that shipping option at checkout. We cannot accommodate requests to change the carrier or shipping service for orders that have selected Free Ground Shipping.
If you need your order delivered by a specific date or as quickly as possible, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping service at checkout to help avoid delivery delays.
Free Ground Shipping is available at checkout for orders that meet the minimum purchase requirement and are being shipped to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are not eligible for Free Ground Shipping.
Free Ground Shipping is only available to qualifying orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. We reserve the right to determine the carrier and shipping service used for all orders that qualify for Free Ground Shipping.
