ORDER HANDLING TIME
Orders placed by 12pm EST usually ship the same business day. Most of the time the selected shipping service does not play a role regarding how fast your order is being processed. Normally we process all orders in the order they come in. This also applies to orders with free ground shipping. However, same business day shipping is not guaranteed. Occasionally, specifically during peak times, we may process and ship orders first for which customers selected and paid expedited shipping service in order to meet delivery promises. In that case orders with free ground shipping may be processed and shipped later. It is at our sole discretion to decide whether or not we have to prioritize particular orders over others no matter in which order they have been placed.

SHIPPING 
If you don't need your order very urgently there is usually no need to select and pay for expedited shipping as we process and ship orders as soon as possible. Often times orders with free ground shipping even ship with USPS Priority Mail depending on dimensions and weight of the package as well as customer location. This however is at our sole discretion and not guaranteed. It is at our sole discretion to decide which shipping carrier and service we use to fulfill orders that have qualified and opted for free ground shipping. We currently use UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. We usually pick the cheaper service. Which one the less expensive shipping service is varies depending on weight and dimensions of the package as well as ship-to-address. If you need your order very quickly or at a specific date we recommend to select an expedited shipping service to avoid late delivery of your order. 

FREE GROUND SHIPPING 
Free Ground Shipping can be selected at checkout if the ship-to-address is within the 48 continental United States and the order minimum for free ground shipping is met. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands are excluded and therefore not eligible for free ground shipping. However, depending on the package dimensions and weight we may still be able to offer free shipping to you. If you would like to know if your order can ship free please contact us through our contact form providing details about the items and quantities you would like to order as well as your shipping address and we will evaluate whether or not the shipping charges are within an acceptable range for us to provide free shipping for this order. This is at our sole discretion and we may refuse to provide free shipping to your location. Please definitely reach out to us first for free shipping questions if you are located outside of the 48 continental United States before you place your order as paid shipping charges cannot be refunded. If you are being granted free shipping for your order outside the 48 continental United States, this does not guarantee that your next order will be granted free shipping again.
