Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Overview

Our Auto-Ship & Save subscription program is designed to ensure you never run out of your favorite products, allowing you to stay stocked effortlessly so you can stay focused on growing your business. By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Subscriptions are available only on select products as indicated on the product pages.

2. Pricing & Exclusive Discounts

To support your business consistency, we offer the following incentives:

  • Initial Order: Receive 15% off your first subscription delivery.
  • Recurring Orders: Receive 8% off every delivery thereafter.
  • Exclusions: Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or site-wide sales. Quantity discounts do not apply to subscription items.

3. Automatic Billing & Failed Payments

You authorize us to charge your saved payment method at the frequency chosen at checkout.

  • Payment Maintenance: We encourage you to ensure that your payment method is always up to date within your account portal to avoid failed payments and ensure uninterrupted service for your business.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment method is declined, our system will attempt to re-process the charge. If payments continue to fail, your subscription may be paused or canceled automatically. We are not responsible for any inventory shortages or delays caused by failed payment authorizations.

4. Skip or Cancel Anytime

You have full control over your deliveries via your Customer Portal. You may skip a delivery or cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled order, changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

5. Late Cancellations, Refusals & Returns

If an order has already been processed and shipped before a skip or cancellation request was received:

  • Refusing Delivery: You may refuse the package at the time of delivery to have it returned to us automatically.
  • Return Shipping: If the package is successfully delivered and cannot be refused, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels for late subscription cancellations.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued only after the product is received at our facility and passes inspection (must be unopened/unused). Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable; only the cost of the product will be refunded.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to discount rates and product eligibility, at any time without notice.
